Join Jeffery Leach for an inspiring presentation about a men’s community support group for sufferers of prostate cancer.The group, Prost combines health-building physical exercise with the friendship and camaraderie of blokes. The exercise program’s goal is to help men with their physical and mental health as they contend with their respective prostate cancer diagnoses.
Exercise, social connection and friendship between men participating is encouraged.
5:30pm for a 6pm sit-down.
A scrumptious Buffet meal is served. Beer & wine on sale.
