Congratulations to our ROCstar, Torsten Ketelsen

At a ceremony at Government House on Monday 3rd October, celebrating The Day of German Unity - the national day of Germany - Torsten Ketelsen, the Honorary Consul of the Federal Republic of Germany in WA, was awarded the Order of Merit of the Federal Republic of Germany. The award is the only federal decoration of Germany and was given to Torsten in recognition for his service and contributions in support of Germany. Torsten has been a member of ROC for many years and has been an incredible supporter of the Club, providing scholarship opportunities as well as contributing to our major gala events. ROC would like to congratulate Torsten on receiving this incredible honour!
